Women’s DIY Empowerment Workshops: Tiling Skills
Would you like learn how to do your own tiling projects around the house? Then this is the workshop for you! In a relaxed and informal atmosphere I will guide you to do your own hands-on tiling.
During our session you will learn:
- which tools and materials you need
- how to prepare a base for laying tiles
- how to choose the correct tile adhesive for your project
- how to tile (you will tile your own 1sqm patch)
- how to cut tiles
- how to grout & buff
- how to add a neat looking edge trim to your project
The workshop will be held in Whalley Range and last 3-4 hours. All tools will be provided. Please wear comfortable, loose clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty.
